Oaks Darwin Elan Hotel

Breakfast was one of the best parts of the stay. There was a generous spread, and the staff’s cheerful smiles made for a lovely start to the day. We also ordered dinner dishes, and the food was outstanding, among the best in town. Housekeeping deserves special mention for consistently top-notch service. This was my second long stay at Oaks Elan Darwin, after 2018, and it felt like coming home again. My family joined me this time, and I was amazed by how well the staff looked after us. The room was spotless and beautifully kept, with a breathtaking view. From the balcony, we could watch storms roll in over the vast sea, an unforgettable sight. It’s an easy place to relax because everything is taken care of. I’m already looking forward to future visits. Oaks Elan Darwin keeps exceeding my expectations and remains my go-to in the city.

The room was huge, with a kitchenette, laundry, balcony, awesome views and good air conditioning. Breakfast was included too. It was incredible value in the off season. Nisha at the front desk was really helpful. I even offered her a job driving road trains, but she declined. Fair enough. I’ll be back.

I’ve stayed at Oaks Darwin twice, in the same room both times, and the experience has been phenomenal on each visit. The calm atmosphere and great location stand out, and the quality has been just as good both stays. Everything from check-in to checkout went smoothly. I’ll keep coming back and would recommend it to anyone staying in Darwin.

We stayed in a harbour-view room on a high floor, with a beautiful view of the sunset. Breakfast was very good, and on days we went on excursions out of Darwin, staff packed breakfast for us.
