This executive apartment? Hardly. It feels dated and unpleasant. The taps need replacing, the oven and grill didn’t work properly, and a cover was missing from the kitchen electrical sockets. Cupboard doors wouldn’t stay shut, and I even had to buy egg cups.

I rented a unit in this building when I was new to Darwin, and wouldn’t recommend it for a long stay. Some residents on level 2 were extremely rude, loud and irresponsible, shouting in the middle of the night or playing music very loudly. My unit also had a musty smell that I couldn’t get rid of.
