The barbecue area beside the pool was a highlight. It’s clean, well arranged and a lovely place to unwind, cook something and enjoy the good weather. We used it several times, and it added a lot to our stay. We spent a full month at the hotel, including Easter, and found the atmosphere relaxed and welcoming. The staff were consistently kind, which really stood out. Prihana deserves a special mention. We probably asked her for laundry coins far too often, but she was always patient, smiling and happy to help, never seeming annoyed. The blonde Spanish girl was also friendly and helpful whenever we spoke with her. The manager was professional, available and clearly attentive to keeping things running smoothly. We had a really good experience. Thanks to everyone for making our stay so pleasant.

The staff at Vitina made the stay especially comfortable. They were fantastic, friendly, and willing to help with anything. I’ll definitely be back. I’d stayed at the Argus Hotel before and had a great experience, but this time I needed somewhere for a longer stay and chose the new studios called Vitina. We had a King studio with a balcony and a very functional kitchen. The king bed was comfy, the room felt spacious, and the bathroom was big and fresh. The whole place has been renovated, which makes it feel extra special. There’s a big pool area and a spacious breakfast and dinner area, both handy for a longer stay. Thanks, Vitina, for such a comfortable visit. Other venues could learn from your excellent service.

The rooms are basic, but the price was great value, so I wasn’t disappointed. Breakfast is continental as advertised, with toast, cereal, yoghurt and fruit. I had a great stay at Vitina Studios, and the team were friendly, excellent and provided fantastic service. I’d recommend it if you need somewhere simple and comfortable to crash near the town centre.

Customer service is A+, and the place was clean, quiet and well located, close to everything you need. Good option if you’re after a budget friendly stay. And just down the road is the best Laksa in town, at Laksa House. Amye is a HOOT!!

The staff were always ready to help and very friendly. Our room was comfortable and quiet, which made it easy to relax, and the hotel was clean and well maintained. Its convenient location is close to lots of services. We had an excellent stay, and I’d happily return and recommend the hotel.
