The cottage was clean and lovely, and after a long, stressful day it was just what we needed. We’d been caught in Queensland for an extra night before returning to Melbourne, and late in the day we were having trouble finding anywhere willing to take a one-night booking. Dayboro Cottages sorted out a cottage for us at short notice and were incredibly accommodating. Their hospitality made a real difference, some of the best service we’ve had. We’re very grateful and would recommend staying there.

The bush setting and the sound of cows were a lovely change from the city. Our cottage was private and relaxing, clean, lovely, and had everything we needed. It’s close to Brisbane but feels a world away. The owner was friendly and welcoming, and it was a perfect spot for our mini-break. Highly recommend!

Cottage Vista felt like home as soon as we arrived, spotless and beautifully decorated. Charmaine and Tim were kind and attentive, and even let us check out late without hesitation. They’d thought of the little things, including filtered water, teas, milk in the fridge, and plenty of DVDs, which made it easy and fun to switch off from the internet and unwind. It feels like being tucked away in the jungle, while the sweetest little town is only a short drive away. One moment I’ll always remember is Charmaine inviting us to cuddle the baby goats. Their warmth as hosts really added to the stay. We left refreshed and grateful, already planning to come back for another special little getaway.

Our cottage was comfortable and had everything we needed, including fluffy warm robes. The animals were a highlight, and Charmaine was so welcoming and went above and beyond to make us happy. The private balcony was beautiful, simply stunning. Highly recommend.
