The passcode worked really well for our group of three, since we were often coming and going separately. The owners had left a thoughtful hamper because of the building work next door, though we weren’t bothered by it. We stayed this weekend, 27/08/2023, and found the place lovely and well equipped. Thanks for sharing your home, we’re very grateful.

The rest was nice, but there are too many steps, so it’s better suited to someone fit. It’s on a steep block and right on the main road.

The beds were comfortable and everything in the house was so well organised. It’s in a good location, and that arrival basket felt especially upmarket for the price we paid. The place had a homely feel and was a beautiful property. I’d highly recommend staying here, it was amazing.

We’d definitely come back. The hosts were very helpful both before the weekend and while we were there. The property is beautifully appointed with all the modern comforts, and works well for a stay with friends or a romantic getaway.

Booking was easy, and the owners provided excellent service. The house is spacious, stylish and modern, with two storeys and plenty of comfort. It’s just across the road from the excellent restaurant at the lake house, and close to spas and other restaurants. Easily the best place to stay in Daylesford.
