After my original accommodation fell through just as I arrived in Tasmania, they kindly took me in. I ended up staying for 11 days, and their warmth and kindness made it possible to begin my new life here feeling safe. I’m very grateful for all their thoughtful care. The house feels straight out of a storybook, with lovely decor and attention to detail. I had my own bedroom, shower room and even a reading room, and it was so comfortable, almost luxurious. The hosts were friendly and I always enjoyed chatting with them. They kept saying to let them know if I needed anything, gave me a lift to Launceston and even helped with my job search while I was here on a working holiday. I only wished I could stay longer. The river opposite the hotel is lovely for walks, and there are platypuses there. I’d definitely come back!

Teresa made our granddaughter feel completely welcome, and we spent the evening laughing and talking as if we were at home. The Inn has a lovely French-English feel, with a beautiful sitting room and music to relax to. Everything was spotless, and the bathroom had all we needed. There were chocolates by the bed and homemade cakes with coffee in the kitchen. Teresa is a wonderful cook, and if you like homemade meals, preserves and relishes with an old-fashioned family feel, this is the place. We had a lovely night and will absolutely return. Thanks, Teresa, for your hard work, friendship and kindness.

We'd never stayed at a B&B before, but loved this one. The hosts were so welcoming and did everything they could to make us comfortable. The rooms were cosy and cute, with a really comfortable bed. Breakfast was amazing and so generous, we didn't need lunch. A lovely affordable spot to relax after a day out exploring, and we'd definitely recommend it.

The breakfast is a real highlight here: huge, delicious, and enough to keep you going until dinner. The old building is gorgeous, the beds comfortable, and the rooms spotlessly clean. Thoroughly recommend staying.

Teresa made us a hot breakfast every day, and we loved listening to all her stories. The place has loads of character, and the hosts are so lovely. We'd definitely come back!
