Nidhi made the stay even better with friendly, professional and very helpful service throughout. At Kingswood Motel, the room was clean, comfortable and well maintained, and the location was convenient. It was great value for money. I had a great stay and would happily return, and highly recommend it to others.
We spent two nights at Kingswood Motel and had a wonderful stay. The location was great and the value for money excellent. Our room was quiet, comfortable and clean, and the staff made us feel welcome. We'd definitely stay again.
We had three rooms for the long weekend and ended up staying longer because none of us wanted to leave. The pool was great fun, and the rooms were clean, comfortable, and cool even with it 45 outside. Prem and the team made us feel welcome and looked after us so well. Thanks for making it such a memorable, fun stay. We’re already looking forward to coming back over summer and seeing everyone again.
The only snag this time was that our room needed a newer aircon. Some rooms had split systems and some didn’t, and with a baby in Tocumwal’s heat we really needed one. The new management were open to feedback and very accommodating. This was our second stay, and we’re so grateful for the lovely time and the hosts, who were available at all hours, happy to help, and always up for a chat. We’ll be back for our annual holiday and can’t wait to keep making memories here.
My stay was easy and enjoyable thanks to Prem, the motel manager. He was quick to sort out questions and was always around if I needed help. From arrival, he was welcoming and professional, and it was clear he cared about making guests comfortable. Attentive and kind while still efficient, he made the whole visit stress-free. I’d happily return and recommend the motel.
