We had everything we needed and were comfortable, with three people paying $107 a night, so it worked well for a budget stay. The rooms and bathroom were clean and in great condition, with modern facilities, good quality linen, and everything working as it should. Check-in was easy, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Parking was the one snag. On Saturday night, which seemed to be a full house, we got back from dinner around 9:30 pm and couldn't find a space. Staff noticed we were stuck, came out to the car, and pointed us to what I assume was the staff parking area for the night. We really appreciated that.

The kids were keen on the mac and cheese at the restaurant, and the two TVs in our spacious two-bedroom room meant they could watch theirs without waking us in the morning. Staff were very friendly. The guest laundry was especially handy after we'd been on the road for a week.

We were worried the location might mean traffic noise, but the two-bedroom unit was really quiet. It was clean and well equipped, with a great shower, and the staff were very friendly. For a better deal, call them directly instead of letting the greedy OTAs (online travel agents) take their way-over-the-top percentage.

The restaurant food was nice, especially the amazing steak, and the service there was very good. My room was clean and spacious, so it was worth the price. The fridge kept making noise, though, and it was quite disturbing when I was trying to fall asleep.

The rooms were very nice and the beds really comfy. We had plenty of space and a kitchen, which worked great for our family. It's easy to get to, about 15 minutes from the Hobart CBD, and very close to the MOCA art museum.
