I booked through Dinner plain accommodation, but the property hadn’t been cleaned when I arrived. I had to call their office to ask them to sort it out, and check-in was delayed by 2.5 hours. I was left waiting outside in the freezing winter cold until they finished cleaning. If we caused an issue, like checking out late or damaging something, I’m pretty sure we’d be charged extra. But it’s been six days and nobody has contacted me about the hassle I went through. If you book through Dinner Plain Accommodations, check that your holiday house is ready and in good condition. Owners whose places are managed by this agent should also make sure their homes are being properly cared for.

Great location, just a two-minute walk to the toboggan play area, with a nice morning walk behind the place. Customer service was great when I asked about the key code, though the key box itself is quite hard to open. The other facilities and services were great.
