The Shore Break

The views are excellent, and it’s an easy walk to Imlay St, the beach, or the wharf. There are coffee shops on the main street, and a double garage is included. It’s a new two-bedroom build with three toilets and two bathrooms. The upstairs living area has the kitchen, dining area, living room, verandah, and a powder room. Air conditioning is upstairs only. The west-facing afternoon sun comes through without blinds, and the east-facing main bedroom’s block-out blinds have big gaps at the sides and below, so sleeping in is difficult. The upstairs floor creaks a lot, so you’ll hear when someone gets up. There’s just one space heater for downstairs and one pedestal fan. Both bathrooms have ceiling heaters, and the shower pressure is fantastic. The laundry is tucked into the main bathroom downstairs, with a washing machine, dryer, and sink. Both bedrooms have built-in mirrored wardrobes. Only small hand soaps, linen, towels, and toilet paper are supplied. There’s nowhere to put the soap after using it, so bring body wash, lotion, and tissues. There’s no coffee machine.

A modern new build with a view over a grassy area and the ocean. The main street of Eden is only a short walk away.
