Those pastries, chocolates and lovely toiletries made the stay feel special. 52views is a gorgeous little getaway, modern, comfortable and really inviting. Bev was welcoming, and she has the details just right. We’d happily come back with our four-legged baby. Thoroughly recommend it.

The photos don’t quite capture how good 52 views is in person. We felt lucky to stay there. On a frosty late autumn night it was warm, cosy, spotless and felt luxurious, and Johnny Baker pastries with our morning coffee were a lovely touch. Bev met us when we arrived, talked us through everything and made settling in easy. She’s a friendly, wonderful host. We can’t recommend the place enough.

We love the view across the city, and our dogs enjoy the place too. This was our third stay at 52Views while visiting Castlemaine. Bev is a lovely host, and the stylish, comfortable studio is only a short drive from the city centre.

A short walk or drive gets you into town, though the place itself is wonderfully quiet and private, with lovely views. It was snug and warm for our winter stay. The furnishings are beautiful, and there are thoughtful extras like quality bathroom toiletries, a super-dooper bath, chocolates on arrival, a coffee machine and a heated bathroom floor. Bev is just lovely, a perfect host 🥰

We’ve stayed at 52 Views many times with our dog, and Bev has always been a warm, thoughtful host. It’s beautifully appointed, with the biggest bed I’ve seen and an amazing shower looking out over the mountains. Such a dog-friendly place. We can’t wait to return.
