I've spent years in camps for mine work across the Bowen Basin, and this is the first place I'd choose to come back to. The rooms are great and clean, with thick concrete walls that make them so quiet. Service was friendly, and people were happy to help. The food was next level. Every meal over the past 2 months was 10 out of 10. Congratulations, guys, you're hitting it out of the park. Hopefully I get to stay here again.

After usually staying in noisy camp dongas, it was lovely to have motel-style accommodation. The room had a kettle and microwave, a double bed and a large shower. The dining hall had a good range of food, and the staff were really friendly and helpful. It was very quiet too. Can't fault it, hopefully I'll be back soon.

There's nothing good to say about this place. The food is terrible, when the cook even turns up, and our work crew have been left with nothing to eat multiple times. Eggs cooked in the oven come out like rubber, and the rest of the food is no better. Staff are rude. The beds have the cheapest, nastiest mattresses, which must be 20 years old, and leave you with a sore back. The TVs in the bedrooms don't work properly either. Worst accommodation EVER!

The carrot cake is effing delicious, and that's after some great food and good lunch crib meals. Best beef mince lasagna I've ever had, though the steaks need work. Clean place.

We stopped for one night not too long ago and were really happy with the place. My single room had an ensuite, a big fridge and a comfy bed, and it was all tidy and clean. It was very cheap for what you get. Dinner is extra, but it's yummy and buffet style. There weren't many main dishes for vegetarians, though there were lots of different salads. You can take drinks, cakes and prepared lunches for the next day, which was great. There was even a free lemonade and water in the room, something I don't think I've come across elsewhere. Thanks, it was a great spot to get a proper rest!
