The lawn area with its tables and chairs turned out to be a favourite for our family. With two boys, we made good use of it for games, ball play, and family meals, and they rode scooters along the flat concrete. The pool was enjoyable too. Shops, servos and clubs were a short walk away. My husband, our boys and my parents stayed in the lead-up to Christmas, and it was our favourite Forster family holiday in about eight years of visits, purely because of where we stayed and, of course, Nicole. From my first phone call, Nicole was helpful and accommodating, and made us feel welcome when we arrived. She's such a lovely person that both boys felt comfortable with her and adored her. We celebrated my son's 7th birthday and Christmas Day there. Nicole gave the kids Christmas colouring books and pencils, a lovely touch. We made sure to say goodbye, thank her, give her a cuddle and say see you soon from the Nelson's ❤️

The staff were lovely and let me check in early. I found complimentary bottled water and free chocolate in the room, a really welcoming touch. I stayed for two nights and slept incredibly well both nights. The bed was so comfortable I wanted to take it home, and the shower was hot with great pressure, better than almost anywhere I've stayed. The rooms are nicely renovated and pretty soundproof. I barely heard anyone, except once when someone was talking right outside my window. The bathroom is cozy but functional and well appointed. The room was spotlessly clean, with good AC, off-street parking and food options nearby. The complex was quiet. Really wish I'd been able to stay longer.

We stayed one night at Hotel Forster. The room was large, clean, modernised and well appointed, with a small microwave and biscuits. The TV was easy to use and had free movies, and the rain-head shower had fantastic water pressure. Check-in was easy and completed electronically beforehand. The only drawback was that restaurants aren't close. We walked up to the bowls club and had a nice dinner there.

The rooms were immaculate, seriously spotless, and reception welcomed us warmly. The pool was amazing, and it felt like we had the whole place to ourselves. Even after closing up, the manager on duty took time to recommend some great local food. Top-notch service all around. 10 out of 10, or 5 out of 5 on that scale. Highly recommend!
