On a cold night, it was lovely to arrive to a warm room. The decor is gorgeous, and the tea and soaps were lovely too. The place was clean, easy to book and reasonably priced. It’s close to shops, the ferry and cafes. Staff were kind and helpful about cleaning for people with allergies, and they answered questions quickly and politely. I couldn’t fault it. Beautiful.

We loved the rooms during our two-night stay. The hospital was close by, and the main shopping centre was an easy walk. I’d gladly stay again.

The owner was very helpful when we had trouble with a door lock. The rooms are lovely and nicely styled, the shower pressure was great, and it was a nice touch to have the heater on when we arrived.

It’s comfortable and spotlessly clean, but the constant noise, day and night, made it really hard to sleep or spend time in the unit. So loud! Maybe it’s quieter on weekends, but I’m not sure. I wanted to rate it lower, though the comfort and cleanliness count for something.

The room was really well kept and clean, but the bed let it down. It was uneven and uncomfortable, and could use a mattress topper or something similar. It’s also very loud. The window faces straight onto the street, so you can’t open the curtains, and there’s no sheer curtain option.
