The units are roomy and come with a well-equipped kitchen, washer and dryer. Showers are extra large, with double overhead tap units and plenty of hot water. Parking is tight but adequate. The beach is close, though cafes and restaurants are too far to walk to. Ground floor rooms have a privacy problem: you have to keep the blinds drawn to go between the bedroom and bathroom, which leaves the rooms dark during the day. The bedroom blackout curtains also have no pelmet, so light leaks in.

We stayed twice in one week while taking our family of six up the coast for a swimming competition. The three-bedroom apartment had everything we needed, with big rooms and living areas. The place was clean, tidy and convenient, and the kids and I loved it. They had a great time cooling off in the 25m pool, and the beach is within walking distance. The staff were welcoming and great, especially the maintenance guys, who were always so nice. We'll be back!

We had a two-bedroom unit with its own parking space, remote gate access and a balcony with a table and chairs. It was clean, spacious and practical, with a roomy bathroom and washer-dryer combo in it. The kitchen worked well, the WiFi was good, and the large pool and barbecue area were clean. It can get busy when lots of tourists arrive by bus.

I booked one night for work and was told on arrival that I'd been upgraded to a premium room. I would have preferred the room I'd booked. It was clean, but had no outdoor furniture. The two single beds were pushed together with a thin topper and felt hard as a rock. Thin covers on the couch seemed to be hiding cushions that were all lumpy.

The location is quiet and close to the waterfront, with shops and restaurants easy to reach. The apartments at Nesuto Geraldton Apartment Hotel felt like home, with plenty of space, modern decor and everything needed for a short or long stay. The facilities were well kept, and the staff were professional and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. A great choice for a visit to Geraldton, for business or leisure.
