The accommodation was basic but clean and comfortable, and the staff were helpful and obliging. I could walk to The Avenue Hospital in 15 minutes while my husband was in hospital. It was reasonably priced, and I could park on the grounds for $15 a day. I felt safe there by myself, with code-only entry and a very high wrought iron fence. Public transport was available if needed. My only issue was having to climb on a chair to reach the microwave, heater controls, and plates and glasses in the cupboard.

Good for a night or a couple of days, with its own kitchen. Don't count on a cooked breakfast, but there are lots of options nearby. Parking on the street can be a pain. I'd stay again.

When I pulled back the sheets, a little gecko ran out. Quite a surprise, and I can only imagine how a visitor from overseas might have reacted.

Good value for the price. Since there's no physical key, check-in should be possible by phone.

The location and service were good, but the internet kept cutting out again and again.
