The breakfast set looked beautiful and tasted delicious, and the room was spotlessly clean. We were pleasantly surprised to find thoughtful extras, including a bottle of wine and whiskey. We had an excellent, truly memorable stay in Tasmania. Thank you very much, we’d highly recommend this place.

The bed was lovely and comfortable, and the apartment had so many thoughtful touches. Breakfast, pantry supplies, books, wine, and bikes were there, and they even had a way to arrange golf clubs on loan. It’s well appointed and provisioned, with the kind of little things you might think of already covered. We hadn’t realized how right the word “luxury” was until we arrived. Terry was responsive and helpful. The place is on a main road, but with the windows closed you wouldn’t know it. You can walk to the heart of Hobart or go over the hill to the gardens. There’s also a lift straight up to the apartments if accessibility is a concern. We’d hugely recommend it and would return if we’re back in Hobart.

Terry was a perfect gentleman of a host, and the lift made access easy. The bed and pillows were super comfy, and there were complimentary breakfast provisions plus a variety of drinks to try. Highly recommended.

The fridge was stocked with bacon, eggs, and drinks, which made the house feel right at home. Terry and Vanessa were so wonderful, and Terry was kind and fantastic with communication. We stayed here for our honeymoon and found it simply perfect. The house had everything you could dream of, including a Dyson heater and the best amenities. Can’t wait to visit again!

It was quiet, absolutely beautiful, very clean, and fully self-contained. Terry was wonderful and always reachable, with after-hours instructions that were easy to follow. In the morning we were greeted with a lovely breakfast and a bottle of wine. Highly recommended 👏
