The kitchen was spacious, clean, and so well organized, with complimentary tea and coffee. I also loved the spot, an easy walk to the beach and a couple of restaurants, and about 15 minutes by car from Margaret river town. My room had a comfortable bed, clean towels and bathmats, and the bathrooms were tidy. They even had hand towels, though none were left after my first night. There are some stairs to reach certain rooms, which made hauling my luggage a bit tricky, but the stay was worth it.

The communal kitchen had loads of fridge space for everything, from fruit and vegetables to meat, plus plenty of utensils, herbs and spices, and free coffee pods. There was also a lounge to eat together, along with an outdoor pool and BBQ area. I was lucky to find the place at Christmas, and booking and availability were really convenient. The beach was just a few metres away on foot, and the facilities were all well provided. The people looking after the resort clearly put care into it. The atmosphere felt peaceful, and I enjoyed my whole stay. 🙏🙏🙏

I live in Margaret River, so I haven't stayed at Surfpoint resort myself, though I've heard good things about it. At my optometry practice today, a guest came in because Nicole (Nic), the resort manager, had made the trip into town to get their spectacles repaired. That's the kind of service that goes above and beyond. Lovely to see a local business do that, and I'm sure the guest appreciated Nic's effort. Well done, Nic!

The staff made this stay, going above and beyond from booking right through to check out. I was travelling with my elderly dad on a road trip, and they accommodated him perfectly. It's a quiet spot with everything you need. I only wish we could've stayed longer.

We've loved coming back ever since my husband discovered the place years ago, and this time we brought our daughter for the first time. The rooms are lovely, and the communal space is amazing. Free coffee and fresh local teas are a nice touch, but Nic is the standout, such a welcoming host. Big thanks from David, Sophia & little Isla.
