I haven't checked in yet, that's today, but I wanted to thank the reception girls already. They were so kind and flexible while helping me book two rooms together for our family. Best customer service I've had anywhere. A big thank you to the ladies, especially Nikki, you're amazing.

The location is the one thing this place has going for it. Our apartment smelled and was very dusty, the carpets and pillows were stained, and there was no bedding for the cot. The balcony chair was broken and there were no fly screens. I could keep listing things. I'd strongly suggest staying somewhere else.

Leaving was depressing! The beach view was beautiful, and the location and value were great. The staff were friendly and helpful too. There was a pool, sauna and spa, so it had everything we wanted.

We had a great stay at 19th ave for our wedding. Dion and Nikki were unbelievable. They offered us a room with a better view so our photos would come out perfectly and we could enjoy the stay more. I've never had this kind of service at a hotel anywhere.
