Aries Holiday Apartments

Cindy was extremely helpful, from our first phone conversation through to booking us in over Easter. Nothing was any trouble for her. The service was excellent, with a happy smiling face, and we had a clean apartment in an excellent spot for beaches, restaurants, shopping and hotels. We gave it 4 out of 5 because the apartment needed a little TLC. Nothing major, just a can of paint and brush, new bedroom carpet and new lounge chairs. We realise Cindy doesn’t own the apartment, so that may be out of her control. The location was great and it was well worth the stay. We may be heading back down to Coolangatta fairly soon, and would definitely stay with Cindy and Aries Apartments again, but in a different apartment.

We had a wonderful 5 night holiday in a beautiful, comfortable apartment on the 8th floor, with views to die for over the beach and main street. Our companion had mobility issues but could sit on the balcony in the hub of Coolangatta and watch the ocean, beach and street activities. It was clean, beautifully presented, and had everything we needed. Getting from the garage to the unit was easy. A vibrant, energetic part of Coolangatta, and a lovely holiday.

That front balcony view is something else. I could happily have spent the whole holiday sitting there. My sister and I had four lovely days at Aries, and our unit was roomy, clean and comfortable. Shops, restaurants, cinemas and shopping centres are all close by, and there’s a beautiful early walk either toward Kirra or Snapper Rocks. The manageress was kind, helpful and pleasant. We’ve been coming to Coolangatta for around 45 years and have stayed in five other beachfront buildings on Marine Parade. Aries is the best of them for us. Thanks for a lovely break.

Cindy, the owner, was absolutely lovely and easy to deal with. Our level-five room, number 14, had two bedrooms and two bathrooms, plus a beautiful view over Coolangatta Beach. It was dated, but acceptable. The location opposite the pub does get noisy, and I needed earplugs because I could hear the guests above us too. Still, it was very good value and we’d stay again.
