BIG4 Gold Coast Holiday Park

The whole park had a lovely holiday feel, and everything was clean and well maintained. The woodfire pizza was amazing, and there were heaps of food options and entertainment nearby. It’s less than a five minute drive to the theme parks, which made the location perfect. We just got home from seven nights in a family villa, and it was one of our best family holidays. The kids spent the whole trip entertained by the water park, slides, pool, and jumping pillow. They loved scootering around the park too. It felt safe and family-friendly, which made it relaxing for us. We had such an incredible time and were genuinely sad to leave. We’ll definitely be back next year!

The cabin was spotless and in perfect order, with all the utensils we needed and more. The kitchen was excellent, with so many pots and pans to choose from. We loved the pool and hot tub, and the bar food was brilliant, especially the yummy lamb shanks. A few things could be better. An adults-only spa would let us relax without lots of kids swimming around. The wood oven pizzas were thin and dry, so we didn’t order them again. Heating the water on the slides would make them better for kids. I also found it odd that pool towels weren’t provided, as I’ve never stayed somewhere with a pool and spa that didn’t supply them. It would be great to have a dishwasher in the cabins too.

The bungalow was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a great family getaway. Staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout, with excellent service from start to finish. We spent four nights in a two-bedroom bungalow, and the park was exceptionally well set up for families. Its location directly across the road from the major theme park attractions made everything convenient. The kids loved the pool and mini waterpark, especially the slides and splash areas, and there was so much entertainment within the park. Adults were well catered for as well, with cabanas and plenty of comfortable places to relax around the pool. Refreshments and food were close by, so it was easy to unwind while the kids played safely. We’d absolutely stay again and highly recommend it to families visiting the Gold Coast. A fantastic holiday park in an unbeatable location!

My baby and I came all the way from NZ to Sydney to Goldcoast for her birthday, and you all made us feel so welcome. The other guests were nice too. I believe visitors reflect the owners, who are reflected in their staff, so thank you to everyone. There was still heaps to do even though the weather kept us from exploring the whole camp. Hopefully the weather is kinder next time. Cheers again 😁🙌 I’m definitely bringing the whole family back.
