Apartment number 2 had two bedrooms and a courtyard. It was very clean, with handy extras including board games, tea and coffee, and a washing machine. The beds were comfortable and the location worked really well, an easy walk to the beach, restaurants and shops. There was secure undercover parking, and the pool looked meticulously clean. Tables and BBQs were available around it too. We had a great stay and would book again.

The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed. Management were super friendly, let us drop our bags off early, and were always around if anyone needed help. Both of them were walking around with big smiles. Had a lovely stay this weekend :))

We’ve been coming every Christmas and New Year for the last 8 years. It’s an affordable family holiday, with the beach and local restaurants close by, and you can park the car and leave it there. Great place, managers and location, with a really nice family feel.

The room was a rough experience for close to $400 a night, and I wouldn’t book it again. Apartment 3 had a terrible musty, mouldy smell. We had to run every fan with all the doors and windows open, or blast the air conditioning to clear it. The bowls and glasses still had food or lip marks on them, the bathroom floor was very grubby, and ruined towels had been left on the floor. The queen mattress was rock hard. Construction noise ran from 6am to 9pm, and drunk people shouted at all hours. I know they can’t control the construction or the drunks. It is very close to the beach and cafes and pubs, and there’s lots of parking along the esplanade.

The owners were lovely and the location was amazing, which made for a fantastic time at Burleigh palms 😊 The rooms were a little run down and didn’t seem to have been cleaned very well, maybe they had new cleaners. That was the only issue.
