Grande Florida Beachside Resort

We spent 10 days in a 3-BR apartment and couldn’t fault the place. It was by far the cheapest Gold Coast option for a room like that, and the resort itself is just perfect. The staff are super attentive and quick to deal with problems. Our fridge had an issue, and Nelson had it repaired in 1n 15mins. The pools are spacious and superb, with free BBQs all along the pool line. Pool hours are reasonable, until 9.30pm, though a late dip isn’t a problem if you aren’t disturbing anyone. We’ve stayed here before and will definitely return. Thank you, everyone, Matt Michelle & Family.

It was nice being away from busy Surfers Paradise, and the staff were very accommodating. There’s beach access and two large pools, one mildly heated. The staircase carpet was in poor condition, and you need to be able to climb stairs to get anywhere above ground level, as there’s no lift. We’d come back.

We loved our 10 nights in a three-bedroom apartment. The resort and staff were fantastic, and our room was very comfortable and clean with lots of amenities. The apartment itself could use a big update, though, including painting and new curtains. Maybe that’s something to pass on to the owner of the unit. They’d started work on the outdoor wall and roof of one building while we were there, but it didn’t affect us. Can’t wait to see how it looks when it’s finished. We’ll definitely be back, though we’d prefer a more updated apartment.

I loved every minute of my 9 nights at Grande Florida Resort. The apartment was neat and clean, the staff were very friendly, the gardens immaculate and the pools pristine. It’s close to everything you need, and I’ll definitely be back. Thank you to Nelson and Team. ~Maria
