My steak at the Hinterland Hotel was cooked perfectly medium rare, something some ALH taverns fail to get right. The cocktail was great too, not too sweet or too strong. The staff were warm and attentive from the moment I arrived, and the service made me feel welcome. Special mention to the manager on duty, Steff, who went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. Steff’s professionalism and friendly approach made a big difference. You can tell the place is well managed. Highly recommend the Hinterland Hotel for great food and top-notch service. I’ll definitely be back.

Amanda and Millie are absolutely killing it. I’ve never walked into a venue and been greeted with such amazing energy. Love it, ladies. Keep up the tremendous work ethic and those gleaming smiles.

The bistro was excellent, and we even enjoyed it through room service on a few nights when we wanted to chill after the theme parks. In our family room we were so comfortable that we extended our stay by two nights. Every day the room was freshened up, with plenty of clean towels and complimentary bottled water added to the fridge. Excellent location and staff too. Thanks for an awesome stay, we look forward to coming back next time we visit the GC.

My friend recommended this place, and it was my first time here. Everything was delicious, especially the pizza. The chef did an amazing job. I’ll definitely come back!

The ingredients tasted fresh, the presentation was beautiful, and each dish was cooked just right and full of flavour. It was an excellent experience and one of the best meals I’ve had. Outstanding food, well done chefs. Highly recommend it to everyone.
