The unit has been renovated beautifully to a really high standard, with comfy beds and everything we needed. The staff were so friendly and accommodating, and we really appreciated getting to check in super early. Great location too. I’ve stayed in lots of places, and this is one of the best. The unit was reasonably soundproofed, so despite facing the Highway, traffic noise didn’t keep us up and we slept well. The location was handy for the beaches. The building and unit look tired, and the pool was green around the water’s edges, so we didn’t risk swimming. They were also very stingy with the toilet paper, not enough for our two-night stay, so you might need to BYO 😵‍💫😵‍💫😵‍💫

Stay away. The place looks like it’s falling apart and costs far too much for what you get. There was no internet, and the apartment was noisy because it’s right by the main road. The walls were damaged or moldy, with dust, stains, and strange smells everywhere. The mattress was bad, the shower was awful, and even basics like coffee, tea, and enough toilet paper were missing.

It’s clean, and the neighbourhood feels relaxed, with friendly, helpful neighbours. For the price, I got what I expected: a spacious, unpretentious place in a good location with everything needed for a short stay. The bed was a bit firm, though I wasn’t expecting a five star hotel. Some photos make it look worse than it is. It’s more aged than dirty, and I’d happily stay again.
