We loved the apartments and their beautiful beach views, and everything was well stocked and close to what we needed. Michael arranged for us to have apartments on the same floor, which made things much easier since we were travelling with an infant and my parents. Medical reasons meant we needed to extend twice, and communication was excellent. There were Gold Coast events we needed to know about to keep our booking.

Michael gave us great service. The rooms didn’t feel like luxury, though perhaps they did back in the 80s or 90s. For the price, it’s disappointing that wifi only reaches the lounge and not the bedrooms. That seems like an easy fix that would make guests happier.

The construction directly across the road made Monday morning noisy, and the balcony door handle was nearly off, so we couldn’t lock the door. In my sister’s room, the wardrobe had shocking rot, apparently from a leak that was never properly fixed. My toilet seat was disgusting, and so was hers. The fridge smelled and the backsplash was dirty. We got only three rubbish bags total, including the bathrooms, and one dishwasher tablet for three nights. I was rushed into the apartment and felt like an inconvenience, with no information in the room, not even wifi details. There was absolutely no sign of luxury. I’m disappointed, especially as this was our first holiday in a long while.

Michael and Brooke were excellent on-site, and our apartment had exceptional views. The rooms were beautiful and clean, with all the amenities we needed, in an excellent location.
