You can fish just by walking out the door, and the beach is within walking distance. It's a great family spot, with clean rooms, two beautiful pools and a nice BBQ area. The kids are welcome too. Movie World is 20 minutes away, Sea World 11 minutes, and shops are just down the road. Great location, highly recommend. We'll definitely stay again when we come back.

We spent our Christmas holiday at pelican cove and loved the heated pool. The facilities are great, and the new managers are extremely welcoming. Everyone we met was friendly. The location is perfect for the theme parks and Harbour Town, and the lovely Broadwater is just a two minute walk away. We highly recommend holidaying here.

Lovely managers and great pools. We were visited by a family of black swans, and the water is just 100m away. There's a small shopping centre a 3 minute walk from this great location.

Watching the sunset by the canal in the afternoon is so calm and relaxing. Pelican Cove is quiet, family-friendly and close to everything. A lovely place to stay and unwind.

What a dump. Please think twice before booking a holiday here. The floors were oilier than a fish and chip shop, and the beds squeaked and felt harder than hardwood. The dryer would only run for 5 minutes at a time before giving up. The fan kept making noise, so I couldn't leave it on while trying to sleep. I can't post the video, but if you saw it you'd definitely look elsewhere. I tried to mop the floors again, but the mop had mold on it. The toilet flush button was broken, the duster made me dry reach just looking at it, and the counters were dusty. After I complained, management offered a measly 10% discount, then tried to complain about me leaving some rubbish and a couple of dirty dishes. I thought cleaning those was standard for apartment staff. The manager may try to explain himself here, but the rooms and customer service were poor. I'll never stay again.
