My husband and I stayed in Katrina and Victoria’s Airbnb for a two-day break, and it was just what we needed to relax. The location was perfect, with a great view of the ocean and beach. They were lovely hosts, and we’ll keep the place in mind for another little getaway. Thanks again.

The location was excellent, but the accommodation quality let us down badly. It was dirty when we arrived, the Wi-Fi didn’t work for the first half of our stay, and the air conditioning was broken. I emailed repeatedly and kept being told the issue was being passed to the team, but it was never sorted. The onsite BBQ wasn’t working either. Service was very poor despite the great location. I don’t recommend staying here.

Victoria at the front desk was friendly, and booking over the phone was pleasant too. The spot is right on the beach, with a patrolled section about two minutes away. Our room was neat, tidy and clean, and the balcony looked out over the surf as promised. It’s a dated room, though, and could use fresh paint and a few small repairs. I can’t give half stars, but I’d rate it 3 1/2. I’d stay again for the friendly staff we met and the short walk to the beach, patrolled beach and Tallebudgera surf club.

Being right on the beach gives the room a lovely outlook, and the kitchen, bathroom and bedroom are nice. It has had some updates and was clean, except for a stain on the lounge. A few things need repairs: there’s a line through the bedroom TV screen, the bedroom fan doesn’t work and might just need batteries, and some blinds are broken or unusable. The screen wire is damaged too, so the screen doors can’t be opened.

We booked through air bnb and are enjoying Easter here right now. The unit, service and location have all been amazing. Can’t complain.
