It's a great value, with secure undercover parking, a nice pool, and a heated spa. The apartment has a separate bedroom, two pullout sofas, and even an extra mattress, which we didn't need. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking, and there was a washer and dryer in the bathroom. It's close to the centre of Surfers but away from traffic and noise.

We paid $315 for three nights, and it was very affordable, even in low season. I expected a small room with average cleanliness, so the apartment was a surprise: spacious, with a big kitchenette, two sofas, and a decent balcony facing the SPA/Pool. The bathroom had a dryer and washing machine, and guests could park free in the garage if they had a car. The staff were straightforward and flexible, and let us book a room at almost 10pm. Highly recommended.

The clean pool was a decent size, and the unit was spacious and well equipped for me, my wife, and our two children. We stayed a few days in April 2016. The beds were firm and everyone slept well. It's close to the shops, Cavill Ave, and the action, but far enough away to get some peace. Staff were helpful and friendly with transfers. The room was clean, though it smelled strongly of cigarettes until we got citrus deodorizer from the store. We've stayed in a few places up here, and this one was more than acceptable. We enjoyed it and would recommend it. Thanks, guys!

We were both really happy with the friendly staff and the superb client service. The apartment was clean and easy to use, and the pool and surrounding area were clean too. It had a comfortable, quiet, home-like feel. If we come back to Surfers Paradise, we'll definitely stay here again. Thank you to all the staff and management 👌🌟👌

We couldn't put up with it and had to fight to get our money back. The manager was horrible, rude, arrogant, and unaccommodating. The room looked clean at first, but wasn't when we checked more closely. The sink was coming off, the TV didn't work, and there was only one blanket for four people. They advertise it as a four-star hotel, but it isn't. It's cheap accommodation if you can bear the conditions. I'd steer clear.
