Phillip, the Property Manager, was great. He was only a phone call away and happy to help whenever we needed anything. My daughter and I stayed for 14 nights and loved our room. It had everything we needed, and being on the third floor with a back entrance was especially nice. The locked underground parking had internal access up to our room, so we felt safe and secure. Highly recommend.

Philips, the property owner, helped sort out a booking issue with Booking.com and made sure we didn’t lose our reservation. His effort made the stay stress-free. We had a wonderful four-night stay at Surfers Beach Resort I. Our 1BHK-style unit had everything we needed, and the location was perfect, just a short walk from Surfers Paradise beach. The units are cozy, the service is excellent, and we’d love to stay again.

The beach was just a two-minute walk away, with coffee and takeaway shops nearby. We also enjoyed having a soak in the pool downstairs now and then after a sunny day. We LOVED our Christmas holiday stay at Surfers Beach Resort One in 2023. The apartment was cozy, quiet and tidy, with great cooking utilities. Our host Phillip communicated really well. Paul the manager was super helpful and went above and beyond whenever we needed something. The pool was relaxing, and I wish I’d spent more time lounging by it. We’ve just finished our stay in this lovely apartment. It was clean, accommodating and had everything we needed. I’d recommend it to anyone after a great location and a nice holiday environment. We’ll be back on our next Gold Coast trip.

Phillip was a great host and communicated really well. The hotel was clean, tidy and nicely presented, close to public transport and all the amenities we needed to unwind after a busy day exploring the Goldie. I’d highly recommend it if you’re looking to stay in or around Surfers Paradise.
