Top of the Mark - Q Stay

We left early after just one night of our two-night booking because the apartment's condition felt unsafe and unacceptable. The photos on booking.com don't show what it was actually like. There was extensive mold, including in the air conditioner and across the ceiling, and the apartment was generally deteriorated and rusty. Part of the ceiling near the bay was missing. The main glass door frame was damaged and could cause cuts or injury. In the bathroom, the light had no protective globe and exposed wires in a humid room. We also found small loose pieces in the TV cabinet drawer that could be a choking hazard for children. There was no laundry detergent, just leftover soap pieces in a mesh bag inside the washing machine. We're deeply dissatisfied with the landlord's response. He denied the apartment was unsanitary and took no steps to address what we found. Despite our reports, we received no help. We expected a responsible response and concrete action, and neither happened.
