The unit's tiled floors and leather lounge were easy to keep clean, and we loved the overall standard and location. The bedrooms got very hot without air conditioning, and the fans weren't adequate. The shower strip drains were blocked and overflowed, and the blinds didn't keep out enough light, so heavier curtains are needed. There wasn't a broom for us to use, and the cleaner should sweep the floors. We loved our stay at Points North. See you next year!

The beds were very comfortable, the views were great, and the location is top notch. We've stayed here three times before and been very happy, but this unit felt old and tired for a place classed and priced as a “deluxe suite.” The kitchen tap was loose, there was no soap in the second bathroom, and the second bedroom's sliding wardrobe door wouldn't open. There was only one old, uncomfortable lounge plus two lounge chairs. Two lounges would be a much better option. More shade around the pool would also be a great addition.

We had a lovely three-night stay over the Australia Day long weekend. The apartment was spacious and clean, with amazing ocean views, and the reception staff were friendly. There are lots of local restaurants and pubs, supermarkets nearby, and beautiful beaches and walks along the beach. We'll definitely stay again!

Great location, with plenty of restaurants and things to do within walking distance. The facilities were good, and the kids enjoyed the heated pool. The room had a lovely, spacious layout, but the air conditioning was a problem. There was only one unit in the TV room, and it didn't reach the bedrooms. Its vent was broken, so the air just hit the brick wall. Outside, two of the four cheap plastic chairs were cracked and broken. The room with the single beds smelled like urine.
