ULTIQA Signature at Broadbeach

We booked a Three-Bedroom Suite and a Two-Bedroom Skyhome at ULTIQA Signature at Broadbeach. Both were spacious, comfortable, clean, and well maintained, and made for a very enjoyable stay. Drivers should note that only some parking bays are for guests. We were told to use the bay with a blue dot, because other spaces are reserved for residents. Our disappointment was that the two apartments ended up on different floors. Before the stay, we'd emailed several times asking for the same floor. We understood allocation would only be confirmed on check-in day, but hoped the team would try to meet our request based on our correspondence. Being together on one floor was the main reason we chose this property over other equally good, more affordable options that couldn't meet that request. Unfortunately, that expectation wasn't met.

The common areas were clean and tidy, and the pool, spa, and gym on level 4 were amazing places to unwind after a long day. The building has excellent amenities and a great location directly opposite the beach. I'd recommend it to anyone looking to stay in Broadbeach.

We chose ULTIQA for our wedding anniversary and were so happy with it. It's a surprisingly underrated hotel, and we'd stay here any time we're back on The Gold Coast. It suited us as a couple, and would work for groups or families too. The rooms have a full kitchen if you want to cook. There was so much included: a pool, spa, steam room, sauna, gym, grass and BBQ area, lounge, and cinema. The central location meant we could walk everywhere on our trip. Woolworths, the beachfront, a playground, eateries, and little shops were 2-5 minutes away on foot. Pacific Fair, Draculas, and the main bus and tram stop were a 10-minute walk. We took the 777 bus to and from the airport for 50c each, and the 700 bus to Miami Marketta. A big bonus was Sonder cafe at the bottom of the hotel. The bagels and coffee were incredibly delicious, and the coconut cold brews were perfect for warm GC weather. We'll recommend it to everyone we know!

The apartment was well designed, with practical, lovely bathrooms, a clean kitchen, and a nice colour scheme. The bed was comfortable, and we had amazing ocean views. We loved our first stay at Ultiqa signature and will definitely come back. The location was perfect for our favourite restaurants and early morning beach walks, and the prices were reasonable. I'd probably ask for a lower floor next time. The 22nd floor was high for me, though it did give us those amazing views 😎.
