The location made everything easy: Tedder Avenue, the beach and the light rail are all close by. On site there are tennis courts, indoor and outdoor pools, a gym and a sauna, all excellent facilities. Our two-bedroom apartment was comfortable and had a pretty good Broadwater view with a glimpse of the ocean. There are many more high-rises now than on our previous visit. Cleanliness could have been better, though, with some black mould visible in the bathroom grout and the verandah needing a thorough clean. Even with those minor shortcomings, the facilities and fantastic location made for a very enjoyable stay. We'd stay again.

We booked the apartment at the last minute and were happy with the price. The female manager at reception was lovely. It's so close to the shops, dining and beach, with excellent facilities. I'll be recommending this place to everyone.

They gave practical advice and hands-on help with our renovation and the move to new tenants, which made the transition seamless. As an investor-owner, I've also had an excellent experience with the management team looking after our apartment as a holiday rental. They were professional and careful, and kept communication clear and proactive throughout. Working with them has been a pleasure. I highly recommend them and look forward to continuing to have them manage our unit.

The room was tidy, and having a kitchen and utensils was handy for a longer stay. It's close to Tedder Avenue and much quieter at night than Surfers.
