RACV Royal Pines Resort

The resort has several areas to keep the family entertained, and the staff were friendly and respectful of everything I needed during my two-night stay. It’s central to just about everything on the Gold Coast. A few minor things need updating to modern standards, like USB power points, and some parts of the pool need maintenance. Otherwise, I’d happily choose it again on my next Gold Coast trip.

The staff’s hospitality is what made RACV Royal Pines Resort Gold Coast feel so special. Everyone was exceptionally friendly and professional, from check-in onward, and the genuine smiles made us feel at home. The process was quick and effortless. The whole resort is clearly set up with families in mind, so adults and kids can both have a relaxing, enjoyable time. Our room was immaculate, comfortable, and beautifully presented. The pool area was sensational and became a family favourite. Breakfast had a great range and excellent quality, so a big thank you to the chefs. There’s plenty to do without leaving the resort, which made it easy to unwind and stay entertained. We loved every moment and can’t wait to return next year for our holidays. We’ll recommend it to family and friends. Well done to the whole team for a memorable stay!

The executive lounge was a lovely perk of having a room on the 19th floor. Breakfast was fresh every morning with a great variety, and there was access all day, followed by afternoon canapés and drinks. A big thank you to the team at amici restaurant for the amazing food, and to Renatta, Nickolas, and Craig, who made each of our three nights feel special and never missed a beat. The day spa is one of the best I’ve been to. From check-in to check-out, it was an amazing experience. The service was incredible, and all the staff were happy and professional. We felt that as soon as we arrived. Thanks again, RACV team.

The pools were great, with one suited to kids and another for adults. We also had a spacious carpark, though the outdoor parking meant our car was covered in leaves and bird poop each day. Food and drinks were overpriced, and I’d like to see some budget options. The location was great, and we wished we’d had time for golf and tennis onsite. Check-in was clunky, but after that we enjoyed our stay at royal pines. The balcony had great views, and the room was tidy with comfortable beds.
