We had a great family stay at Ultra and would come back in a heartbeat. The room was clean, had all the amenities we needed, and came with an amazing beachfront view. It was easy to walk to the beach, shops, cafes, and restaurants, yet still felt away from the hustle and bustle. There was nearby construction and one lift wasn't working, but we were on holiday and didn't mind the time spent waiting. Thanks, Ultra team :)

The apartment was spacious, with great air conditioning, views, and a well-equipped kitchen. It was mostly clean and tidy, though the carpets could have used a better vacuum. It was disappointing to have to pay extra for a baby's cot. The spa was closed during our stay, and the second lift was out of service, which made the waits quite long.

My mum and I stay here every year, and the location is amazing. This time we spoke with lots of staff, and they were all so friendly and helpful. When our flight was cancelled, Sandy was incredibly accommodating and went out of her way to make us comfortable while we waited for our flight. Thank you so much, Sandy. The building has 30 floors with four units on each floor, but just one elevator. At lunchtime we waited about 30 minutes just to get on. Around ten people had to squeeze into the tiny lift each time. It seemed almost impossible for someone in a wheelchair, or cleaners carrying equipment, to get in, and that made me uncomfortable. This place doesn't seem prepared to properly accommodate people.

That ocean view really made our three-night stay. We had a two-bedroom apartment in a great spot, and the lovely woman at reception was incredibly helpful. The apartment was perfect.
