The owners are friendly, and their care shows in how well the clean rooms are kept. The decor feels a bit dated, but everything is well maintained, and the town location is quiet. There is air conditioning, even if it's only a window mounted unit. Combined with the brick walls, it kept the room nice and cool in the middle of summer. The hotel is very pet friendly, though pets are restricted to certain rooms, so it shouldn't be a problem for anyone with allergies.

We were close to the centre of town and well placed for the Hell of the West triathlon. The family room was large and well equipped, with a proper set of cutlery and crockery, a small fridge, microwave and toaster. The air conditioning worked well, and the free Wi-Fi was reliable. The bathroom floor got a little wet during showers, but it drained and dried well. The room was very clean, and the managers were friendly in the lead-up and at check-in. Thanks Quentin and Julie!

For $130, I felt the room was overpriced, especially since it hasn't been refurbished in a long time. It was quiet and clean, with everything I'd expect for an overnight stay, and it was great that we could bring our poodle into the clean room. Booking in at reception was easy, and the motel is well positioned and easy to find.

The rooms were very tidy and well presented, and the cleaners worked hard to keep them to a high standard. Staff were friendly, and the place was flexible, with great amenities. It's pet friendly, though we didn't bring a pet. Their dog was very friendly. I'd absolutely stay here again.

After a 14-hour drive, my family was looking forward to a warm bed and a good shower. We got neither. The heater didn't work in -2 weather, with our newborn baby there, and the shower was horrible, with water running straight out the door. The man at reception didn't seem to care or even want to look at the problems, and we were charged full price for the rooms. I feel sorry for other families who have to deal with this. I would never stay here again and wouldn't recommend it.
