Victoria Street Apartments impressed us with its colonial architecture alongside modern security. The property was spacious, clean, well maintained and stocked for our needs. It’s near the Clarence River and makes it easy to get to Grafton’s historic landmarks. The managers gave clear instructions for accessing the property. We absolutely loved our stay.

While I was working in Grafton with the AEC for the Federal election, these apartments made a huge difference to my living arrangements. For the same price, I moved from a studio hotel room to a spacious apartment, which gave my morale a real boost. The apartments are new, clean and stylish, and the owners are brilliant. Absolutely superb.

I spent six weeks living in Victoria Apartments in Grafton. It was a beautiful apartment, really clean, quiet and properly organised, with shops close by. The host and housekeeping were great and made sure everything was in place while I was there. Thank you 🙏

We’ve stayed in Grafton plenty of times, but Victoria Street Apartments was our first time here. The apartment is freshly renovated, tastefully styled and right in the centre. It had everything we could possibly need, and now we won’t stay anywhere else.
