We spent a relaxing couple of days here. The pool was a great place to unwind, and from the front balcony we could watch kangaroos at sunset with vineyards across the road. The house felt comfortable and homely.

The real standout was Janine and Matt. They were warm and friendly from our first contact, and their care showed in all the thoughtful touches around the property. We arrived to a complimentary bottle, Barossa Valley cheese platter provisions, generous gourmet breakfast supplies, luxury toiletries, and candles throughout. The website was easy to use and packed with information. Before we got there, we’d looked through its many visitor options, including nearby wineries within walking distance or a short distance away. The Clyde itself has modern comforts and a home away from home feel, and the location and property are lovely. We had a fabulous girls’ weekend. I rarely write reviews, but this hidden gem impressed us so much I had to share. One of South Australia’s best kept secrets. Definitely recommend it for a weekend escape.

Our long weekend flew by, and we’ll be back soon. The board games and pool were a hit with everyone, and they’ve thought of everything here. We were welcomed with wine, flowers, fruit and more. The place is beautiful inside and out, like home away from home but much more luxurious. Thank you for an amazing Barossa experience.

After a day cycling around the wine region, the pool was perfect for cooling off. The house was central and just what we wanted, and the included food platter was a lovely extra.
