Centrepoint Apartments

I paid for a room with a balcony, then they repeatedly called to say it wasn't available. They said a balcony room would cost extra and wouldn't offer a discount for the room without one. The agent eventually had to call the manager to ask for the balcony room. After all that confusion, I asked to cancel, but was told the reservations staff weren't there and to call back in 48 hours, on Monday. I requested a free cancellation through Booking, and the accommodation replied, “....” Disappointed doesn't begin to describe how it feels to throw 165AUD away.

The rooms have been repainted since our last visit and were super tidy, clean and spacious. We found them very comfortable, and the staff were so friendly and helpful. Email, phone and in-person communication made our late check-in go smoothly. Morris and the team should be proud of their service. We'll be back.

The room was nice and had very good facilities. The bathroom was spacious and clean.

Centrepoint Apartments is handy for the shops and malls, and the rooms were clean, tidy and spacious, with super comfy beds. There's secure parking on site, and the staff were friendly and very helpful. Lee from housekeeping and the front desk team looked after us well, with excellent customer service. We'll definitely come back for our next holiday. A++
