Seaview Resort

The apartment is a little dated, but it was spacious, very clean, and had all the amenities we needed. The bed and pillows were especially comfortable, and having basement parking was a bonus. Ocean views and easy access to Mooloolaba beach are right across the road. Cafes, restaurants, Coles, and other shops are all within walking distance, as is a beautiful board walk that runs for kilometers along the beach. Highly recommend.

The reception staff were so kind and helpful throughout our stay. We loved the whole experience, especially the spacious apartment and one of the best views in the city. We’d absolutely come back.

The building feels a bit tired, probably from being occupied so constantly, but the apartment was clean, very large, and had all the amenities we needed. Check-in was easy and friendly. We also loved the big balconies at the front and back, with great views, and the basement car park. Great location. Highly recommended.

The view is the only reason I’m giving this place one star. I specifically asked for a refurbished room when I booked, then called again weeks before we arrived to repeat the request. Instead, we got an old apartment that was dated throughout. The couches were dirty, so I had to buy Glen 20 to spray them. The rug was frayed, the curtains were stained and partly off the rail, and the kitchen blind rail looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. The washing machine was rusty and moved about a meter from the wall while running, so I had to push it back. They wouldn’t restock the bath towels after we’d used them, so I had to wash them myself. There was an old Christmas paper serviette in the dryer, too. The bathroom was outdated, and we left the apartment cleaner than we found it. I’d never stay there again.
