The Manager was lovely and very helpful, and the pool was beautifully refreshing on a blistering hot day. The bathrooms have been fully renovated, with a nice hot shower and good water pressure, though the exterior looks a bit run down. The rooms have been refreshed. It's well placed near the highway on the outskirts of Gundagai, handy for an overnight stop between Sydney and Melbourne. The bed was too soft for me, though, and I didn't sleep well.

Staff were kind, the price was fair, and the room was clean with all I needed. The pool was refreshing, and I was pleasantly surprised by the nicely renovated bathroom after arriving hot and bothered. There is quite a bit of noise through the front door, though that was expected and no worse than at most motels. The only thing I mentioned to management was that the toilet seat lid wouldn't stay up by itself. I'd be happy to stay again. It's easy to drive down the hill into town, but walking in the heat would be a bit of a trek.

The room was clean and repainted, but the furniture felt straight out of the 60s. The bathroom was new, though very small. The air con was really noisy, and the windows don't open. It's a good kilometre up a steep hill from town. If it were right in town it'd be okay, but it doesn't quite meet 2026 three star standards, sorry.

It's a great little motel for an overnight stay, with all the facilities you need, including tea and coffee. The rooms are small but very clean, and the bathroom is spotless with a good shower. Our bed could've been a little harder, but that's a minor thing since we're used to a very hard mattress.

The older looking property had clean rooms, and the bathroom looked modernised. Check-in was quick, and the location was quiet. I'd stay here again.
