For three weeks I’ve tried to reach the hotel to cancel a booking made through booking.com. Nobody answers or gets back to me. This is the worst customer service I’ve come across, and I’d strongly recommend avoiding this hotel.

Waking up to the sea and river view with coffee in the sun was lovely. The room was spacious, clean, and good for the price, and the shared facilities were just as clean. There was a band playing in the bar downstairs, and it was pretty loud, but it didn’t bother us. Once they finished, it got nice and quiet. I’d definitely stay again.

The view was beautiful in the morning, with the sea, Manning river, and pelicans perched on the poles watching the water roll in. For a budget stay, I couldn’t ask for more. We arrived late after an exhausting drive, but the people were still friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Thank you 🙏
