Netanya Noosa Beachfront Resort

Netanya sits right on the beach, and the grounds are beautifully manicured. Our room was simple and tasteful, without anything foo-foo, just how we like it. It’s on popular Hastings Street in Noosa, but tucked toward the end, so it’s quieter than the busy stretch. I’m an experienced traveler. I don’t mind a big city, but my soul is drawn to the countryside, villages, or the beach. The whole staff was incredible, and Bianca was a superstar. She made sure we felt welcome and cared for. Her smile and inner joy are contagious. Thanks, Bianca, for making our stay exceptional. 🤩

They told me about the Reno’s after I’d booked and said it wouldn’t be bad, and that they’d find me a quiet room since I’d be in meetings all day. Big thumbs down. If they’d been honest, I could easily have booked somewhere else. There are better places to stay in Noosa.

I paid over 900+ AUD for one night alone at the Netanya hotel, and the staff didn’t treat me with respect. They ignored my inquiries and took 0 accountability for a mistake on their end that caused me a lot of emotional and financial stress during my holiday. Management insulted me, saying I didn’t understand time zones instead of simply apologizing for the booking mistake. The location is nice, but my experience with the staff and management was terrible. I’m extremely disappointed and wouldn’t recommend it to a paying guest. I also don’t think it deserves a 4.5 star rating.

Good for a couples getaway, right on the beach. At 1k+ per night, though, it was very expensive for what we got, and I wouldn’t recommend Noosa as a whole at that price. Be careful with one-bedroom oceanfront rooms, as they aren’t all alike. Room 108 was old and unrenovated, with only a limited beach view and little privacy beside the pool. People could see in while lounging or playing there, so we had to keep the curtains closed. Room 112 was newly renovated and had grass frontage. I’d call ahead to ask for Level 2, for more elevation and actual views. Booking directly through the hotel may be better, though it costs more.
