We brought our bikes, which worked out well since several pubs and restaurants are close to Nivalis. We spent lots of time by the pool, swimming and then reading. The room was clean and pretty, and the pool area felt really relaxing. Breakfast was very good, and we loved our two-night stay at Nivalis Bed n Breakfast in Swan Valley. The host was friendly, and we liked the dogs and cat too.

The bacon and eggs at breakfast were some of the best I've had, and the rest of it was lovely too. We relaxed outside with books and spent a lot of time in the clean pool, which the host kept lovely for us. We stayed four nights over Christmas at Nivalis and enjoyed every minute. I'd recommend it to a friend.

Yvonne’s breakfast had everything we could have wanted, and more than I'd expect from a 5 star hotel. The rooms were spotless and nicely presented. Yvonne and Craig were so accommodating throughout our recent stay at nivalis bed and breakfast in Western Australia. My wife and I were blown away by their hospitality, and we're looking forward to coming back next time we're in Western Australia. Keep up the great work, very impressive. 👌👌👌

Even with my very late arrival and an early departure three days later, the host was incredibly accommodating. The breakfasts were delicious, amazing, and cooked to order. It's also close to a bike path and walking trail. A lovely place to stay, and I'd highly recommend Nivalis.

I was in Perth for three enjoyable days on business and couldn't have picked a better place to stay. The room was very clean and the bed super comfortable, and the meals were great. Yvonne is lovely to talk with and does her best to make sure everything about the stay is great. I'll definitely be back.
