There are lovely walks nearby, along with cafes and restaurants, and the host really knows how to look after guests. The house itself is beautiful, cosy and comfortable, with every little detail thoughtfully handled. I can’t recommend a nicer place for a peaceful break.

A peaceful little cottage, with lots of birds around. When I visited in September, the trees hadn’t started budding yet. I’d like to come back when everything is blooming, or in autumn, which is meant to be spectacular.

We come to Hepburn Springs every year, and this was our first time trying illoura. The renovation has been done meticulously, and the place is ideal for four people or two couples. All the thoughtful details and personal touches made this bnb stand out, and the owner communicated really well. Thanks for a wonderful stay, we’ll definitely be back 😁
