Our group of nine came for a five-day business trip after a very long journey. At the hotel, we were offered drinks and allowed to check in early in the morning. The rooms were very clean and new, with comfortable mattresses and a small kitchenette equipped with utensils and a fridge. We had a barbecue by the pool one afternoon. We ordered the food through reception and it arrived shortly afterward. Throughout the stay, the staff were friendly, courteous and attentive, always finding a solution to our requests. Thanks to Novy, Anastasi, Mike and the whole hotel team for the genuine Australian hospitality that made us feel so comfortable. Keep it up, we'll definitely return. G'day.

After we checked out and reached the airport to fly back to Victoria, we realised we'd left something in the room. Mike, Bianca, Kumar and the rest of the team were brilliant in helping get it back to me. During the stay at Quest Ipswich, the staff were courteous and welcoming every time, from check-in to departure. Our room was comfortable, clean, quiet and well appointed. I was also pleasantly surprised to find a handwritten note from the team, welcoming me by name and wishing me an enjoyable stay. I'd highly recommend Quest Ipswich and will stay again next time we're visiting.

The room was clean, and the location worked perfectly for us because it's close to the University. Mike made check-in a great start to the stay, with friendly, helpful service. Complimentary wine and chocolate were a lovely bonus. Having owned holiday accommodation myself, I appreciated seeing staff take pride in their work. Thanks, Mike, for representing Quest so well. We'll definitely stay again.

The extra coffee was a lifesaver for this coffee addict, and I really appreciated the touch. Quest Ipswich had clean rooms, great facilities and a welcoming feel. Mike deserves a special mention for being so helpful and friendly, and going above and beyond to make everything easy and stress-free. The service felt both personal and professional. I'd happily stay again and recommend Quest Ipswich to anyone visiting the area.

Quest Ipswich was a great stay, and the service from the staff, especially Novy, stood out. Everyone was welcoming, friendly and genuinely helpful. There are no lifts, so the staff kindly carried our luggage upstairs, which made arrival much easier. Paid parking can be hard to find at busy times, but there is plenty of street parking nearby as a convenient alternative. I'd happily recommend it.
