Check-in was quick and easy, and the amenities were better than I expected. My room was spacious, spotless and comfortable, while the location felt close to everything but stayed quiet at night. The staff were always welcoming and ready to help. I had a great stay at Quest and would happily return or recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Five stars.
10/10
The room was clean and comfortable, and I slept really well. Everyone was genuinely kind and made me feel welcome. Both check-in and check-out went smoothly, so the whole stay felt stress-free. Great location too, and I’ll definitely come back next time.
10/10
The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay at Quest Kelvin Grove. The facilities were modern and clean, and felt like excellent value for the price. I had a fantastic experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend it.
4/10
The location was great and the service was generally good, but the noise spoiled our stay. My friend and I were in a room directly above the pool, where large groups of Korean guests shouted loudly in the pool and common areas for hours every night. Staff never stepped in, and the experience was completely ruined.
4/10
I wasn’t expecting to pay extra for parking in this location, especially since this isn’t a city hotel. It costs $35 per night, and the charge is tucked into the booking extras. It should be much clearer on the main booking or information page, the way Wollongabba Quest highlights it on its front page. I usually skip web based upsells, so I guess it was my mistake for not checking each extra. With parking added, it doesn’t feel like good value for the price. I may as well stay at a city hotel.
