Killara Inn Sydney

The only awkward part was carrying our luggage up the stairs since there’s no lift. Otherwise, we had a really good stay. Our two-bedroom suite was wonderful, very clean, and had all the essentials. The staff were kind and helpful, and the complimentary breakfast was fresh with a good range of food and drinks. We had a five-star experience, and I’d highly recommend this place.

Kali at the front desk was especially helpful with my booking and made the stay more pleasant. The staff were friendly and readily helped with anything I asked for, including generous amounts of toweling and other extras, which I’ve found some hotels hesitant to provide. My room felt fresh and well cared for. It was spotless, the bathroom was very clean, and the amenities were kept topped up. Killara Hotel and Suites was fantastic value for money, and I had an amazing stay. I highly recommend it for a comfortable, clean, welcoming visit, and I’ll definitely be back.

The included buffet breakfast is a real highlight, and the onsite restaurant and bar are a nice place to unwind after a busy day. Even though the hotel is on the highway, it’s peaceful and quiet, and we’ve never had noise problems. We moved out of Sydney in 2011 and have lived in the area, but now visit once or twice a year to see family and friends. Each time, we stay at the Killara Hotel, and it has never disappointed. The rooms have been recently renovated, and the hotel is always clean, tidy, and well maintained. The staff are consistently friendly and welcoming. Kali, the manager, is accommodating and makes sure our requests are handled with a smile. We look forward to returning, and highly recommend the Killara Hotel to anyone visiting the area.

The room was a really decent size, with comfy beds and a great shower. It was also clean and comfortable, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included, which made an already great stay even better. I was super impressed with the customer service here. I’ll be back in Sydney soon and will definitely stay again.
