This was advertised as an entire house, but it turned out to be a one-bedroom holiday home with all the other rooms locked. They charge through the roof to open extra rooms. The listing claimed there’d be milk and snacks on arrival, but there weren’t any, and it said there was an Xbox for the kids, but there wasn’t. It feels like a real money maker for them, but the grey advertising and foolish tricks aren’t good enough. If I pay for an entire house, it should all be unlocked regardless of how many people I put down. If I want to use a different bed each night, I should have that option, instead of having rooms locked up and being charged more to open them.

For context, Vishal Patel, who gave Elandra a 1-star rating, didn’t stay there. He asked to book the home for a weekend party with 15 guests and have all 15 stay overnight. We explained that parties aren’t allowed and the home sleeps eight, but he kept pushing for the booking and said he’d bring sleeping bags. In the end, we ignored his requests.

The location is even better than the value, and the holiday home is very well managed. The entertainment could use a refresh, though I wasn’t expecting that. It was a very pleasant stay, and we’ll definitely come back in the near future. Thank you.
